Registration.
All participants should:
Possible participation formats are:
- be registered via the conference web-site or directly by an email cait-odessa@onu.edu.ua;
- prepare and submit the abstracts (in compliance with requirements below). The abstracts may be submitted in two ways: via the conference web-site or directly by an email cait-odessa@onu.edu.ua.
- the registration form and abstracts should be sent not before June 15, 2016.
- the sample of filling the registration can be downloaded from here.
- the registration form should be filled in English and separately for every participant.
- all co-authors should be referenced but the personal data needs just for the participants.
Possible participation formats are:
- On-site, with delivered abstracts;
- On-site, without delivered abstracts;
- Virtual participation, with delivered abstracts.
Conference fee:
The registration fee includes the cost of institutional arrangements, publication of abstracts and does not include the accommodation and meals for the participants of the conference.
The value of registration fee at the on-site participation in the conference is:
The value of registration fee at the virtual participation includes 100 UAH per 1 book of abstracts.
The payment may be effected in the arrival day during the registration. Organizing fee should be paid by every conference participant.
The registration fee includes the cost of institutional arrangements, publication of abstracts and does not include the accommodation and meals for the participants of the conference.
The value of registration fee at the on-site participation in the conference is:
- Participants from Ukraine – 350 UAH (12 EUR)
- Other participants – 50 EURO
The payment may be effected in the arrival day during the registration. Organizing fee should be paid by every conference participant.
IMPORTANT! The organizing committee ask to the participants who need the official invitation (printed or digital version) inform regarding this in advance.
Abstracts:
All approved abstracts will be published by the start of a conference proceedings. There are the requirements for abstracts to be approved:
- The abstracts should be ready using LaTeX or MS Word;
- Abstracts should be sent together with compiled pdf;
- The capacity of abstract - 150-250 words;
- The abstracts should be compiled without any errors and overfull’s;
- The abstracts made with other formats are not acceptable for publication;
- Submission deadline is July, 20th.
All talks will be reviewed and then published in the conference proceedings. Digital copy of the Book of Abstracts will be allowed on the conference website.
All participant's complited paper will be published in the periodical issues:
- over the technical sciences – «Informatics and Mathematical Methods in Simulation». Paper capacity – 5-20 pages in Times New Roman 12 pt according to design requirements. Cost per page – 45 UAH (1,5 EUR);
- over the mathematical and physical sciences – «Research in Mathematics & Mechanics». Paper capacity 5-20 pages according to design requirements. Cost per page 45 UAH (1,5 EUR).
Accommodation:
The Conference Venue is the University Recreation Center "WITTED" (near to the sea). It is recommended for non-resident participants to buy the holiday package (three-time meals and accommodation are included). But, in other way, for the conference participants also there are provided the following accommodation options:
